Friends are users with whom you want to collaborate. Once you define them as your friends, they will be available in the Social Ribbons of your workboards (My Friends button).
The My Friends tab is used to select friends. You can also add a user to your list of friends via the Social Ribbon in a workboard.
To select friends:
1.Click .
2.In the Users panel, expand the branch you want.
To search for a user, click and start typing in the search text. With each keystroke, the users that contain the entered text dynamically stream in the panel. Each letter in the query focuses it further.
3.Select a user and click the Add arrow to move it to the Friends panel. Repeat this for other friends.
To remove a user from the Friends panel, select it and click or the Remove
arrow.
To remove all friends, click the Remove All arrow.
To search for a friend, use the Search option as described in the Step 1.
4.Click OK to save the definitions and close the dialog box, or click Apply to apply the definitions and continue with other definitions.
