If your administrator has defined your application to “keep slicers between workboards”, meaning that any slicing you perform in a workboard will also apply to other workboards you open, the Refresh option will reload the workboard with the slicing. If you want to reload the workboard in its original state (as last saved), hold down Shift and click Refresh.
