The Application Bar is positioned at the top of the workboard and of the Necto Home pages, and it contains the options that apply to the entire application.
The following paragraphs describe the options of the Application Bar.
Clicking your username opens the User Settings dialog box where you can edit your personal properties, your areas of interest, your friends and subscriptions to other users.

The Search box is used to quickly find workboards, discussions, or entities within the current workboard.

Type in the search text, click the Search Options
button to select the relevant option, and click the Start Search
button (or press Enter).
The options are:

Conducts search within the workboard data (dimensions, levels). |

Conducts search within the names and topics of the workboards you are allowed to see. |

Conducts search within discussion names and message texts, in the workboards you are allowed to see. |
The Save
button saves the changes you have made to the current workboard. If you don’t have permission to save the workboard to the current location, the Save button will be disabled.
The Save As
button is used to save the current workboard, under the same or a different name, to the same or another location. This option enables you to save a public workboard as a private workboard.
The Undo button
cancels the last operation. After undoing an operation, you can execute it again by clicking the Redo
button.
The Reload
button reloads the previously saved content. Note that any unsaved changes you have made to a workboard will be lost.
You can maximize a selected component to fit the entire workboard contents area: click on the component and then click the Maximize
button. You can also double-click on the component to maximize it.
Click Restore
to restore the maximized component to its original size. You can also double-click on a maximized component to restore it.
The Properties
button opens the Properties pane for the workboard or for a selected component.
The Help
button opens a menu with help options.

Click the Home
button to navigate to the Necto Home page.
Click the Workboards
button to navigate to the Workboard page.
Clicking
on the Application Bar opens the Management page for accessing the Data Sources, Models, Infographics and Sets options.
Clicking
on the Application Bar opens the Management page for users with administrative credentials where they can define and manage users, roles, profiles, data security, data sources, models, infographics, sets, workboards, chart templates, applications and system settings.
