Attaching Data

Click  to attach the data to be delivered with the notification.

From the Notification Format dropdown, select an option:

Link to interactive workboard

The notification will contain a link to the current workboard.

PDF attachment

The notification will contain an attachment of the workboard in PDF format.

In Layout, choose the layout of the PDF contents:

·         Report: The contents will be arranged in report layout. Select the components you want to include.

·         Dashboard: The contents will be arranged in dashboard layout.

·         Single view: The PDF will include only one view. Select the view.

Workboard data can be delivered either as a snapshot of the current display or as up-to-date data. In Deliver As, select the option you want.

Excel attachment

The notification will contain an attachment of the workboard in Excel format.

Select the views you want to include.

In Deliver As, select how you want the data to be delivered.

Workboard image

The notification will contain an attachment of the workboard’s image.
