When importing a relational data source (SQL, Oracle), Necto can identify the relationships between tables and create them automatically. For other types of data sources (e.g. Excel) or when there are two types of data sources where one of them is not relational, lookup relationships between tables must be created manually via the Relationship option.
To create a relationship:
1. Click Relationship on the My World ribbon.
2. Click Add .
3. The relationship can be either “one-to-many” (e.g. one city to many customers) or “one-to-one”. In Field and Lookup Field, select the tables and columns between which you want to create the relationship.
4. Click Apply.
5. Click OK.
To remove a relationship:
Click the Delete button on the relationship tab.
To filter the relationships by a table:
From the Filter by dropdown, select the table.
