on the Insights tab of the ribbon to open the Find People dialog box for the selected insight.If the data source of the view contains dimensions of “person” type the Find People option can be used to display the people related to the selected insight. Click Find People on the Insights tab of the ribbon to open the Find People dialog box for the selected insight.
