Insights can be generated for individual grid cells by manually picking the cells from the grid.
To add an insight for a grid cell, click on it and from the cell menu select Add Insight.
The view component layout changes to insights and grid, and the insight for the selected cell appears above the grid. If revelation or exception based insights were previously displayed, you'll have to remove them by confirming the warning message in order to display the selected insight.
You can add more handpicked insights. By default, they will be arranged in grid layout. To arrange them in free or tile layout, click Mode 
on the Insights tab and select the Handpicked mode you want.
In Handpicked – Single tile mode you can reorder the insights.
