Managing Roles

The Roles option on the Management page ribbon opens the Roles page where you can define new roles and perform other role management functions.

Necto comes with two standard roles: Admin and Everyone. By default, all users are assigned to the Everyone role. In order to have administrative credentials, a user must be assigned to the Admin role. A user can have more than one role.

Admin is a special “super-user” role that is assigned every permission for every entity. Admin users have full access to all contents and data.
