Resizing Components

You can change the size of a component on the workboard by dragging the splitter in-between two components (vertically or horizontally).

When you move the mouse over the splitter two buttons appear, one on each side, for changing the resizing mode.

Click the button on the side of the component you want to resize and select one of the three possible modes:

Resizing a Component in Percents Mode

The Height/Width in Percents mode lets you resize the component, while retaining the same relative size ratio for all the components on the workboard.

This mode is more suitable for stretchable components such as grid and chart.

After selecting the Height/Width in Percents mode, you will see the percentage values while dragging the splitter.

Resizing a Component in Absolute Mode

The Height/Width in Pixels mode lets you resize the component to an absolute pixel value.

This mode is usually used for image, text and navigation components.

After selecting the Height/Width in Pixels mode, you will see the pixel values while dragging the splitter.

When you stop dragging, the size of the component is locked to the current pixel values. Changing the sizes of the other components using any one of the modes, will not change the size of this component.

Resizing a Component in Auto Height/Width Mode

The Auto Width/Height mode calculates component size automatically, based on the workboard size.

The workboard size can be changed via the Workboard Size Parameter in the Properties Pane.
