The ribbon at the top of the workboard page contains the commands that you’ll need while working with a workboard. Commands are organized in groups that are collected under tabs.
In the Workboard tab are commands for managing workboards and using workboard functionality.
The Insights tab contains all the commands for working with insights.
The Social tab contains the social intelligence tools.
In the Analyze tab you'll find some of the options you'll use while performing data analysis.
The Design tab contains the toolbox for creating workboard components and other sets of design tools.
In addition to the fixed tabs, component-specific tabs will appear on the ribbon when you click on a component to select it. For example, when you select a view component, a set of view-specific tabs will appear on the ribbon.
Selecting a component will also focus the ribbon to that component in the fixed tabs. For example, the commands on the Insights tab will apply to a selected view component, and the Component group on the Design tab will show design commands that apply to a selected component.
You can hide and show the ribbon using the arrow on the right.
