Notifications

The Notifications option allows users to send messages based on workboard data to themselves and to their peers, on a scheduled basis, triggered by a condition. The messages may contain links to live data or static data attachments. For example, every Monday morning a message can be sent to all managers, containing a link to a live view, making the specific data available for analysis.

Notifications can be created only for workboards that contain views.

Clicking the Notifications  button on the Workboard tab of the ribbon opens the Notifications Manager.

By default, the Notifications Pane displays only the notifications related to the current workboard. Clicking the Filter  button shows all the notifications.
