Panorama Board

Bradford D. Woloson joined JMI in 1994 as an Associate based in Baltimore. Mr. Woloson was elected Partner in 1999 and is a managing member of the general partner of JMI IV. Mr. Woloson currently serves on the board of directors of the following companies: Managed Objects, Inc., Meta Security Group, Network Intelligence, Inc., Panorama Software, and Unica Corporation.

Before joining JMI, Mr. Woloson was an analyst in the Technology Group at Alex. Brown where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and public equity financings. While at Alex. Brown, Mr. Woloson worked on transactions involving Gartner Group, Inc., Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc., Manugistics Group, Medaphis Corporation and Rational Software.

Mr Woloson received his A.B. cum laude in economics from Harvard University.
