Dennis Bennie is a pioneer, entrepreneur and innovator in the Canadian technology industry. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Bennie's entrepreneurial management has powered several successful companies including: Mission Electronics, Ingram Canada and Delrina Corporation.

In 1997, he founded and managed the original XDL Ventures Fund, focusing on information technology opportunities. The $25 million fund is now fully invested and has yielded exceptional returns to date. One of its noteworthy investments was a 1997 start-up, Delano Technology Corporation.

Mr. Bennie is a director of or advisor to Protégé Software, Kamoon Inc, Novator Systems, Semagix Group Limited and Strategic Vista Corp. He regularly serves on charitable boards including the Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation.
