Raphael is a C-level executive with 20+ years of global experience in leadership roles, including general management, worldwide sales, product management, marketing and business development. Raphael leads Panorama, as CEO, since 2021. Prior to that, Raphael served as VP Sales & Business Development of the company. In previous positions Raphael was a Corporate VP and Co-GM of the FTTH Division of PMC-Sierra, VP Worldwide Sales of BroadLight, VP Product Management at ECI Telecom, and held other leadership positions. Raphael holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA degree from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
Tomer Paz is Panorama’s Head of Product Management, responsible for products’ vision, positioning, and design. He is a key leader for defining the future of Business Intelligence and a notable thought leader and spokesman for innovation in the use of AI in business applications. Prior to joining Panorama, Tomer held various product management and product marketing positions at Ex Libris, NextNine, NICE and Teltone, in the USA and in Israel. Tomer holds a B.Sc. in Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Maya is Panorama’s Head of R&D and Technical Support, responsible for Development, Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams. Maya started working in Panorama as a QA engineer, and over time took on additional responsibilities in product development and support. She was promoted to her current position in 2021. Prior to joining Panorama, Maya worked as a QA engineer at Motorola and at The Standards Institution of Israel. Maya holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo.
